Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment please call, email or message us as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity to refill that time.

We will do our best not to cancel or re-arrange your appointments and to run to time.

Our Cancellation Policy for hairdressing services:

  • Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee. The fee will be equal to 50% of the booked services or £25 whichever is more.
  • If you are late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. 
  • If you miss your appointment the same cancellation fee will apply.

Our Cancellation Policy for barbering services:

  • Any cancellations with less than 6 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee. The fee will be equal to 50% of the booked services or £10 whichever is more.
  • If you are late for your appointment we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. 
  • If you miss your appointment the same cancellation fee will apply.
  • Men’s appointments can be re-scheduled and cancelled via our online booking page or by calling the salon directly.

Our Deposit Policy

A deposit of 25% of the cost of your service will be charged if you:

  • missed your last appointment with us; or
  • are booking for an appointment lasting more than two hours, such as hair colour or treatments.

The deposit will be taken when you book your appointment and will be taken off your bill when you pay for the service or treatment you have received. The deposit will be fully refunded if you cancel, as long as you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
