Fircroft Hairdressing is a family-run salon, based on Fircroft Road in Ipswich, which has been successfully established as a salon on the Henley Rise shopping parade for well over 45 years.

Our salon, is just a five-minute drive from Ipswich town centre and we have plenty of free client parking on site. We specialise in both hairdressing & barbering for the whole family.

The salon has been under new ownership after it was taken over by the De Lellis family in 2018. We are the same family behind the award-winning Francesco Hair Salon, also based in Ipswich on St Matthews Street.

The salon has thrived and has been awarded ‘Best New or Refurbished Salon’ in the Salon Awards in 2020, shortlisted as national ‘Best Salon Team’ finalists in 2022 & most recently a ‘Digital Salon of the Year’ finalist in the Salon Business Awards 2023

Barbers – we offer a full barber male grooming service, including traditional scissor cutting, precision clipper cutting, modern barbering including fades, fashion styling, wet shaves & flat tops. Our barbers are all highly experienced master barbers working at the very highest level in the industry.

Fircroft Hairdressing is proud to have been Accredited by the British Barbers Association for our barbering standards. Our barbers are fully qualified State Registered Barbers and Master Craftsmen. We are passionate about our trade and as such we are regularly asked to demonstrate & showcase our work around the UK setting standards at the some of biggest barbering shows in the country – such as Salon International, Barber Connect, the Scottish Hair Show, HJ Live Dublin and the Hair & Barber UK shows, to name a few.

We regularly compete in national hair competitions and brothers Fabio & Giovanni were most recently finalists in the prestigious ‘Britains Best 2019‘ in the ‘Barber of the Year‘ & ‘Men’s Cut & Finish’ categories.

We work closely with and for some of the biggest brands in the industry such as the Great British Barbering Academy and Takara Belmont, and our work is regularly featured in national magazines. Giovanni is a national educator for the Great British Barbering Academy and works across the UK delivering education and demonstrations on stage.
